  1. 100grms Ghee (clarified butter)
  2. 100grms jaggery (Gur) (unprocessed)
  3. 50grms Sounth (Dry ginger powder)
  1. take a pan, heat the clarified butter(Ghee) for a minute add jaggry in it and then after the jaggery melts add Dry ginger powder. again stir it and bring it down, now have one tea spoon each in lunch and dinner.. for 2 weeks
